Your membership commences on the earliest of:
the official start date of your allocated Circle, or
the date you are granted access to any Catalyst Circle benefits.
This includes (but is not limited to): onboarding communications, profile setup, surveys, event access (whether attended or not), resources, scheduling, or backend preparation.
Once access is provided, services are considered to have commenced.
Catalyst Circle involves upfront preparation, onboarding, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver value from day one.
The first three months provide a fair period to assess fit, after which refunds are no longer available.
Approved refunds are calculated pro-rata based on time elapsed, less a 20% administration and processing fee.
The admin fee covers onboarding, system setup, operational planning, and payment processing already completed.
Once you join, work begins immediately — including profile setup, offer preparation, survey review, backend scheduling, and operational planning.
The admin fee reflects this work, regardless of event attendance or usage.
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with notice.
Because services are delivered one month in advance, cancellation requires one additional month’s payment plus a 20% admin fee.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Catalyst Circle plans and prepares member fulfilment ahead of time to ensure events, connections, and deliverables are provided on schedule.
The additional month allows us to complete commitments already in progress.
For monthly Pro and Pro Plus memberships:
Pitching is subject to a 3-month waitlist
A 2-month audience warm-up period applies
Pitches must be scheduled at least 3 months apart
Annual plans are prioritised and not subject to these conditions.
Membership fees are not based on attendance or usage.
Access, availability, and operational preparation constitute delivery of services.
In exceptional circumstances, Catalyst Circle may offer a pause or transfer at its discretion.
This is assessed case-by-case and does not guarantee refunds or credits.
Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If services are not delivered as promised or are not fit for purpose, your statutory rights still apply.
Delivery includes access to events, onboarding, communications, scheduling, preparation, resources, introductions, promotional inclusions, and operational work performed on your behalf — regardless of attendance or usage.
Membership changes may be requested and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to revised pricing, eligibility, or timing constraints.
Event dates, formats, and locations may change due to operational requirements. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided. Changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Membership inclusions provide access and eligibility to benefits, not automatic outcomes. Members are expected to be proactive and make reasonable efforts to use their benefits within the allocated timeframes.
Certain benefits — including assigned pitching slots, event placements, and scheduled promotional opportunities — are time-specific and capacity-based. Once a slot or placement is allocated, it is reserved exclusively for the member.
If a member cancels, does not attend, or is not ready to proceed within the allocated timeframe, the benefit may be forfeited and not rescheduled, as these opportunities are difficult to reassign at short notice.
All benefits are available to eligible members. Where possible, we will support rescheduling; however, this is subject to capacity and availability.
