1. Commencement of Services
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the Commencement Date is the earlier of:
a) the official start date of the membership, program, pass, or service; or
b) the date the customer is granted access to any Catalyst Circle benefits, including (but not limited to):
member communications and onboarding emails
access to community platforms or portals
profile setup and onboarding support
surveys, assessments, or readiness reviews
event access (whether attended or not)
backend preparation, scheduling, or allocation of benefits
Access to any of the above constitutes commencement of services.
2. Refund Eligibility (First Three Months Only)
Refunds may be requested within three (3) months of the Commencement Date, except where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a refund is approved:
A 20% administration and processing fee will apply. This fee reflects costs associated with onboarding, system setup, profile configuration, offer preparation, survey analysis, operational planning, and payment processing.
Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata, time-based basis, calculated from the Commencement Date.
Refunds are not based on usage, attendance, or perceived value, and unused benefits do not increase the refundable amount.
3. No Refunds After Three Months
Except where required by law, no refunds will be provided after three (3) months from the Commencement Date, regardless of:
attendance or non-attendance at events
usage or non-usage of benefits
changes in personal, financial, or business circumstances
4. Monthly Payment Plans
For memberships or passes purchased on a monthly payment plan:

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice.
Cancellation requires one (1) full additional month’s payment plus a 20% administration fee.
This reflects the fact that Catalyst Circle delivers services one month in advance to ensure fulfilment of promised deliverables, including but not limited to onboarding, scheduling, operational preparation, and allocation of resources.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
5. Pitch Scheduling (Monthly Plans Only)
For Pro and Pro Plus memberships on monthly payment plans only:
Pitch opportunities are subject to a three (3) month waitlist;
and Pitch opportunities must be scheduled at least three (3) months apart.

These conditions do not apply to annual payment plans.
6. Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to:
third-party costs already incurred
advertising, media placements, sponsorships, or publications already delivered or scheduled
event attendance already completed or confirmed
services, benefits, or access already provided
7. Discretionary Adjustments
In exceptional circumstances, Catalyst Circle may, at its sole discretion, offer a pause, transfer, or alternative arrangement. This does not create an entitlement or precedent for refunds or credits.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
